Holidays to Ibiza are very popular for people who enjoy clubbing as Ibiza is known as the party capital of Europe. The island is home to the some of the biggest clubs and some of the most famous dance acts and DJs regularly play sets at the islands larger clubs. Few places in the world can claim to have as much of a reputation for nightlife as Ibiza, with hundreds of clubs on the island many of which stay open until the early hours of the morning all year round.
If it’s that nightlife you are looking for, then the summer months remain the best, although along with the nicest weather comes the biggest crowds. You can avoid this by booking your holidays to Ibiza in May or October when the island is slightly less busy but still warm. Holidays to Ibiza at this time of year often provide extra value because you’ll find club entry and drinks cheaper than they will be in the summer. If you’re not into the big clubs then the old town can provide you with a slightly more unique evening out with its mix of small bars and elegant restaurants.
Holidays to Ibiza offer some excellent golden beaches and clear blue water, including a large range of different water sports and beach activities. If you get tired of sitting on the beach, Ibiza also has a huge array of shops from traditional market stalls to designer boutiques. Shops on the island tend to close through the ‘siesta’ in the mid afternoon but are usually open much later than stores in England.
There are plenty of other reasons why holidays to Ibiza are a great choice, even if you don’t like clubbing. The island is great fun to explore away from the busy towns and it has some beautiful scenery, secluded areas and wonderful architecture that are often missed out on because of the islands party reputation.
