Mountain Paradise Ski & Spa Aparthotel Hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria

The Mountain Paradise Ski and Spa Aparthotel is situated in the popular ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria. The hotel is a firm favourite with ski enthusiasts as it is located only 250 metres away from Gondola to Pirin Mountain ski area and only 500 metres away from Bansko's town centre.  The Mountain Paradise is rated a four star and judging by its impressive appearance you can see why. Resting at the bottom of the Pirin Mountain, the hotel boasts a modern exterior with beautiful sweeping walkways that lead into the small, quaint entrance of the hotel. Once inside, guests have use of an indoor swimming pool, a wonderful spa with a hot tub, a Vishi shower and virbo massage and a sauna.  There is also a restaurant on site that opens for complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, as well as a lobby bar and billiard bar that serves cocktails and light snacks.

Those of you who are looking around for cheap winter holidays will be happy to stumble across this hotel as it tends to come in at very reasonable prices; however that is because looks can be deceiving. If you want to stay somewhere that looks the part then this property won't be a problem, but if you want a good quality of service included, I advise you avoid staying here. The reviews online are anything but promising. Previous guests have claimed that the staff are all awfully miserable, the food was terrible and the organisation of the hotel was extremely bad. The surrounding ski area however was very highly reviewed and these poor reviews of this particular abode should not put you off visiting Bansko. Just ensure you do a little research into any hotel you want to stay in before booking your holiday.
